On-Campus Interviews - Recruiters

The On-Campus Interview Program (OCI) at UC Irvine is offered as a means for employers to attract qualified candidates for internships and full-time career opportunities. Interviews are held in one of the Career Center’s six interview rooms, and there is no fee to participate.

All On-Campus Interviews are posted and managed through Handshake. Through Handshake, employers can request schedules, review resumes, rate candidates, manage interview selections, and contact students.

On-Campus Interviews are available to current UC Irvine students of all degrees and majors. Prior to submitting a schedule request please review our Recruitment Guidelines, public accounting firms must also review the Accounting Recruitment Guidelines. From your Handshake dashboard, click on "+Request an Interview" to get started. Please contact our On-Campus Recruitment Specialist, Kelly Swanholm, with any questions. 

Where do interviews take place?

Our interview rooms are located in the Career Center on the UCI Campus. The six rooms are designed for one-on-one interviews, but can accommodate up to two interviewers. Occasionally, rooms will be located in the Student Center - if this is the case, you will be notified.
