Career Fest 2011
An opportunity for students to find out insiders tips, learn about daily life, and network with top professionals in their field. The Career Center hosts over 22 industry-specific events through out the month of February featuring top professionals and UCI alumni.
What is Career Fest?
Career Fest is a series of 16 different panels and 5 "spotlight" presentations focusing on various industries and careers. You will have the opportunity to gain knowledge about your particular career interests and network with professionals in various fields. From medicine to entertainment, law to finance, advertising to education, and more... its all here.
When does Career Fest Happen?
The annual Career Fest Kick-Off will be held on Wednesday Feburary 2nd. Panels are every Monday- Thursday from Feburary 8-25. Most nights will feature two panels, each starting at 5pm. Spotlights are new for 2011, featuring knowledgable presenters covering various topics in their field or industry, each starting at 12pm. (locations vary)
