Kathy Dotson

Kathy Dotson has a Masters Degree in Counseling with an Emphasis in Career Counseling from Chapman University. She started working at the UCI Career Center during an internship and got hired after she finished her program in June 1999. She serves as a liaison to the School of Biological Sciences, School of Physical Sciences, Athletics Department, and the SAGE Scholars Program.

Linda Drake

Linda Drake is a National Certified Career Counselor (NCCC) and has an MS in Counseling with a Career Counseling Emphasis. She also has a BS in Business Administration with a Marketing Emphasis. Before coming to UC Irvine, Linda worked at three community colleges teaching and counseling part-time.

Bob Gomez

Bob Gomez has been a part of the Career Center and the UC Irvine community for over 27 years. He leads the Career Center's UCDC and Sacramento Internship Program, as well as, specializing in helping students apply to grad school. His liaison relationships include the School of Social Sciences and the Advisor for Pre Law Society.

Allison Keller

Allison Keller provides career counseling and workshops to students and alumni on various aspects of career planning including career exploration, Strong/MBTI interpretation, job search strategies, and graduate school planning.  She serves as the liaison to the School of Humanities and the School of Social Ecology.  

Christine Kelly

Christine Kelly earned her Ph.D. in 1991 and spent the next 16 years teaching at a variety of colleges.  She works with graduate students to help them discover and meet their career goals.  She strives to be a liaison to anyone on campus who works with graduate students.

Lorena Marquez

Lorena Marquez attended Santa Ana College and then transferred to UCLA. She went on to receive her Masters of Science in Counseling with an emphasis in Student Development in Higher Education. She is a liaison to the Transfer Student Center, the Henry Samueli School of Engineering and the All University Leadership Conference.

Stacie Oshima

Stacie Oshima graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor in Communication Studies. While working in Marketing, she obtained a Masters in Communication Management at USC.  After being inspired through informational interviews, Stacie decided to pursue the field of career counseling.  She went back to UCLA for her Masters in Counseling in Student Affairs. She is a liaison with the Accounting Minors and Business Administration Majors (the Merage School of Business).

Araceli Rossi

Araceli Rossi obtained her degree in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach. After working as a social worker for 10 years, Araceli joined UCI Career Center in 1992. She leads the Peer Consultant Internship Program and serves as a liaison to the Disability Services Center, Cross Cultural Center.

Michelle Mallen

Michelle Mallen received her Bachelors in Anthropology from UCSD and continued her studies in graduate school at UC Davis. After completing her Masters in Anthropology, she decided to change career directions and move into student services. She then pursued a Masters of Science in Counseling with an emphasis in Career Counseling from California State University, Sacremento. Michelle serves as a liaison to the School of Humanities.
