The Career Center hosts several career fairs every year, all of which include opportunities for full-time, part-time, and internship positions. The Career Fairs are held in the Student Center Ball Room. Register Now.

Registration for the Internship & Career Fair and the Spring Career Fair are open now.

How much does it cost?

 

$500 - Standard registration includes one six foot table, two chairs, two lunch passes, and one parking pass.

$800 - Sponsor registration includes one six foot skirted table, two chairs, two lunch passes, two parking passes, a premium fair location, and logo inclusion in all fair marketing materials.

Time and Location

  • The fair is located in the Student Center/ Confrence Center
  • The fair is scheduled from 10am-3pm. Check in begins at 8:30am

  • At check in you will be given an information packet including your lunch tickets. Unless additional lunches were ordered all registrations include two lunches. If additional lunches are needed please make arrangements prior to the fair

Parking and Directions
 
  Parking permits will be issued upon arrival at the parking garage. Attendees should proceed directly to level five and give the attendant their company name. You must arrive by 10:30am to be guaranteed a space. *Available parking spaces continue to be in great demand. One pass is included with standard registration and two passes are included for sponsor registration. Additional parking passes must be ordered prior to the fair. Directions 
Shipment of Promotional/Employment Materials

Shipments should be sent the month of the fair to the address listed below. Due to space limitations the Career Center can not accept packages delivered directly to our office.

All packages received 48 hours prior to the event will be at your booth when you arrive.

Pre-registered student resumes

The Career Center is pleased to offer fair participants access to resumes of pre-registered students. This is a great way to engage early and invite students to stop by and see you in person. Students can add resumes up until the day of the event. You have access to the resumes from the time you register to 30 days after the event. You can sort the information by

  • Major
  • Degree level
  • Year in school
  • Whether or not they a posted resume
  • Whether they expressed interest in your company specifically

Enjoy this outdoor event that will bring Admissions Representatives from Graduate and Professional School to the campus to discuss admissions, program concentrations, and financial assistance. We expect over 100 Graduate and Professional Schools in attendance.  There will also be Graduate Admissions Test Preparation companies in attendance to discuss their services. Register Now!

 

 

UCI Law School Day 2009

Enjoy this outdoor event that will bring Law School Admissions Representatives to the campus to discuss admissions, program concentrations, practicum internships and financial assistance.
